STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART

STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART: As soon as Moses finished giving the instructions, they obeyed straight away and began giving.

The Israelites gave from the heart. Their repentance is true, and their response to the second time the Lord instructed them showed it. They gave what they had to give and did what they are skilled to do. They did it right away. As soon as Moses finished giving the instructions, they obeyed straight away and began giving.

They did not do many things like think about it, do an inventory first, spend time dwelling if it was something they can do.

They just obeyed. Their hearts were moved and they brought an offering to the Lord (Exo. 35:20-21).

It’s a shining moment for the Israelites. In the whole Old Testament, we see the people of God disobeying, and rarely do they obey immediately. Instead of following God’s instructions, they’ll do their own thing or complain. But this time, they did what God wanted them to do. Their obedience came from the heart. Everyone was willing to bring the Lord an offering.

More than anything else, God wants us to trust Him. We can willingly give when we have are sure that the source of everything is the Lord. God wants our hearts. When we give wholeheartedly, we offer God our hearts. No one else, not even the priest, can determine the status of your heart. God wants our wholehearted devotion to Him.

What’s Your Future?

Bishop JordanHow different do you think our life could be if we only knew what lies ahead for our future? As the observer seems to have the biggest role, the prophet encompasses a huge variety of roles. A prophet literally means one who speaks for another, especially for a deity. A prophet communicates the divine will. A prophet is an intermediary, a spokesperson, one sent by God to act and speak on behalf of God.

Prophets are not fortune-tellers as they are more concerned with God’s message for us today and encourage people to respond to Him. The prophet teaches the person as he or she is able to know what is in God’s mind and heart. The prophet encourages everyone to draw closer to God (Ephesians 3:16-19, NIV). Based on the scriptures, prophets truly have a divine purpose here on earth. When you speak to a prophet, many things will be revealed to you and about you.

You might just be surprised at how little you know about yourself. God knows you from the inside out. Let the prophet reveal the truths about you and God’s plans for your life. Get your prophetic reading today.

Breaking the Rules

”How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.” Psalm 119:9-11

Rules are everywhere. We’ve followed them in school since kindergarten and still follow them at home. Rules are made to maintain order in organizations and communities. Of course not all of us are able to abide by them. It is human nature to break the rules sometimes because we get a thrill out of it. But just like there are rules everywhere we go, there are also rules in life. And these are God’s rules.

Most Christians struggle abiding by God’s rules and obeying His commands. This is mainly because their hearts aren’t set on obeying it in the first place. What are the things that you should do in order to keep your heart pure and follow God’s commands? First you need to know why you disobey and what your weak points are. You will know this by getting your prophecy read to you.

Your prophecy will determine your strengths and weaknesses. By knowing these things, you are able to correct your weaknesses and focus on your strengths. The power of prophecy also deepens your relationship with God. The deeper it gets, the more difficult it is to stray away from Him.

The Prophet’s Shepherd: Walking with God

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.” – John 10:27-28

When you think about it, sheep aren’t the brightest of animals. They’re quite defenseless which is why they need a shepherd to take care of them. Shepherds protect them and know them intimately. They know which ones are prone to go astray and the ones who are obedient. The sheep also becomes familiar with the shepherd’s voice and even his smell. Despite the oddity of sheep, they have a very special relationship with their shepherd. They follow the shepherd’s voice and let him lead them into safe pastures.

Just like sheep, we tend to be lost and unknowing of what’s going on around us. We need utter wisdom and guidance from someone who knows more than we do. A faithful walk with God is a significant factor in the life of a prophet. Prophets need to have a heart that was willing to obey.

In order for us to truly know where we are going and how to live, we need to know what is prophesied for our lives. The power of prophecy will give us the knowledge that we need to live a life that God has intended for us.
